Enrolling at BGCB is a straightforward process designed to welcome both current and prospective families.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for enrollment, youth must meet the following criteria:

After School Membership:
Must be Kinder-8th grade
Summer Membership:
Must be rising 1st-8th grade

After School Membership:
Must attend a Bend-La Pine Public school or provide independent transportation.
Summer Membership:
Open to all families able to provide transportation to and from the Club each day.
Required Documentation
Income documentation is only required for families applying for financial assistance.
You will be asked to sign the Family Agreement Packet and Family Code of Conduct while completing your membership application.
Enrollment Deadlines

After School Membership Enrollment:
Begin accepting applications early spring. Check our social media for updates.
Summer Enrollment:
Begin accepting applications early winter. Check our social media for updates.
Rolling Admissions:
Families can submit membership applications at any time to be considered for After School or Summer memberships as openings become available.
