Bethlehem Inn remains committed to providing a safe place to stay for the adults and children in Central Oregon amidst the COVID-19 crisis. In response to the coronavirus, they are following the most current directives and recommendations from our public health and government authorities. The Inn is modifying some work practices to enhance the health and safety of staff, residents, volunteers and community members.

Local utility billing companies have undertaken the following policies:

  • City of Bend has temporarily suspended all water service shut-offs for non-payment. Utility customers will continue to be responsible for the water, sewer, and storm water charges that accrue during this time. However, water services will not be shut-off.
  • Cascade Natural Gas is implementing a moratorium on service disconnections for non-payments related to hardships incurred from COVID-19.
  •  Pacific Power is suspending shut off/disconnect and late fees for non-payment.
  • Central Electric Cooperative Inc. will not be disconnecting power or charging late fees.
