Summer Program

Updates for the 2024 Summer Program coming soon

We are supported by Community Violence Intervention Funding provided by the Oregon Department of Justice.

To create an account in the Parent Portal, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:  

  1. Visit this link.
  2. Select “Create Account” green button.
  3. Enter your parent/guardian information first (not your child’s). Use the same email you’ve shared with our club before.
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. An email will be sent to the email address entered. Follow the link in that email to set up your account password.
  6. Return to the Parent Portal and login using your email and new password.
  7. Review that the members and any other information in your household is accurate. If you see any errors, please contact club staff.

Here are some instructions to help guide you through the process:

  1. Login to your Parent Portal Account via the link previously provided.
  2. Select the ‘Memberships’ tab towards the top of your screen.
  3. Select ‘Downtown Waitlist Memberships’
  4. Choose the correct Summer Membership Waitlist for the grade your Club Member(s) will be going into next year.
  5. Select ‘Next’.
  6. Fill out the required information.
  7. Provide a signature.
  8. Select ‘Submit’.
