Apply Here
Beginning Wednesday, 3/1, we will review how many seats we have left and invite a lottery-based registration to the general public, closing that lottery at midnight on Sunday, 3/5. Anyone who registers after Sunday, 3/5, will more than likely go onto a waitlist.
By Friday, 3/10, we will notify all families about their enrollment status in our Club’s Summer Program. Please be patient with us as we work through this process; we ask that you hold your inquiries on updates until after notifications have been emailed out. Otherwise, incoming calls to our team will slow down our internal efforts and processes to determine and share out our news with all involved.
Note for Families Seeking Scholarship(s): If you apply for a scholarship when you submit your application, you *must* have your 2023 1040 *or* your two most recent pay stubs for each adult working in your household; if these are not included alongside your registration packet, you will be moved onto our lottery-based waitlist and will not be offered a scholarship until your 1040 or pay stubs are received, and you are selected from the lottery. Please plan ahead and gather your documents accordingly in anticipation of the registration date listed above.

Summer Programming Costs + Scholarships
Across nine weeks of summer, we will provide 400 hours of safe, engaging care to Club youth, which will total $2,565 in costs for each Club member this summer. When converted to the hourly cost, this is less than $6.50/hour for summer care, including lunch and a heavy afternoon snack. We also will continue to provide a sliding scale of scholarships as financial aid for families who apply and provide the documentation needed. As has been our standard, we will not offer week-to-week sign-ups during summer registration because we recognize the deep value of consistent programming for our Club youth as they engage in academic success, healthy lifestyle, and character and leadership.
