Key Summer Information 

Our Summer Program runs from mid June – late August. We do not currently have summer registration information at this time, but please sign up for our Parent Newsletter with our latest updates.

 

Why choose the Boys & Girls Clubs for Summer Camp?​

At our Clubs, we offer high-quality, affordable summer programming for youth grades 1-12. Our Club members enjoy specialized activities built around fun, engaging weekly themes, where they’ll dive into topics including the arts, sports leagues & fitness, science, exploration, leadership and more.

  • No hidden fees! All lunches & snack costs are included in the upfront cost.
  • High quality staff! Our staff members are trained to provide top-notch programming. We care deeply for the safety and wellbeing of our Club members.

We are so excited for the start of our summer program! We wanted to let you know about a few important details about our program before that time. Please read the information below to help answer some commonly asked questions.

Lunches & Snack

Daily lunches and afternoon snacks will be provided at no cost by Bend- La Pine Nutrition Services. If you would like to send your child with a cold lunch, you may do so. Please make sure your child’s name is clearly labeled on his/her lunch bag. No refrigeration or microwaves will be available.

Footwear

Please send your child in proper footwear that they are able to be active in. NO flip-flops please.

Calendars

Weekly calendars for each grade group will be posted on our website every Friday afternoon for the upcoming week.

Drop off & Pick up

Drop off and pick up of your child will occur in the Bend La Pine School District Admin parking lot. For your child’s safety, please do not pick up or drop off your child at program areas outside. All pick ups need to occur at the designated drop off/pick up location with our Membership Services Director. Please be ready to show your ID to our Membership Services Director when you come to pick your child up. On the first day of summer, your child will receive a club card with a barcode on it that they will use to sign in and out each day. There is a charge of $1.00 per minute for all pick ups made after ​5:15pm.
