Colleen Brosman

Colleen helps to lead the Leadership Accelerator, a series of online, team-based programs for nonprofit executive teams seeking to sharpen strategy and invest in talent.
Since joining Bridgespan in 2012, Colleen has worked with a wide range of philanthropic and nonprofit clients, with expertise in strategy development, grantmaking, and philanthropic portfolio management.
She has worked extensively on education technology, early childhood, and effective learning issues. She is a co-author of “Rethinking How Students Succeed,” published in Stanford Social Innovation Review. Colleen started her career teaching fifth grade as a Teach for America corps member in Washington, DC. She holds a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
